Here are some of my
favorite top diet tips that you can do every day to help you slim down
without a formal diet plan.
1. List ten reasons why you want to slim down. Read
them each morning and evening.
2. Drink at least eight glasses of water each day.
3. Avoid eating while watching television or reading.
4. Regular mild exercise, (walking, swimming, biking, etc.) Helps burn
calories and increases your metabolism.
5. Keep a diet diary or log of everything you eat.
6. Give yourself little rewards for sticking to your program.
7. Weight loss is a process, - not an event; A marathon - not a sprint.
8. Leave at least one bit of food on your plate every time you eat.
9. By eating 100 food calories less per day and exercising 100 calories
more per day you will lose 20 pounds per year.
