We would like you to know that your name, address and email address are completely safe. We do not sell, share, rent or give it to anyone outside of Active 8 company business. We do not participate in customer share programs as so many other companies do, and we do not swap mailing lists or any other type of customer information with any other company. Your privacy is important and safe with us. You do NOT have to place your order through a distributor or retailer to purchase from Active 8. In the event that you were previously assigned to one, it is only so that we could offer personal service to better meet your needs and answer questions; however you have no obligation to interact with them if you so choose.

As an Active 8 customer, you are automatically included in the monthly email health newsletter, product specials and periodic new product announcements. Typically, we email about once every week to two weeks.  However, you can choose to opt out of receiving the email health newsletters and new product announcements by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the emails or by emailing us at info@active8products.com and we will promptly remove you from any future mailings.

If you have signed up for our free online weight loss journal, please note that you are NOT ever emailed any of the Active 8 health and product information at any time - it is completely private! All information is kept confidential and is completely separate from our customer and email database. The only possible exception to contacting you by email would be if there is a new feature being made available in the online journal; in which case, we will simply email you one time to let you know. Your Active 8 online transactions are SAFE!  We take great pains to make sure any information that we collect is done in the most secure manner possible. Not only is your order information encrypted with the latest technology available; it is done so behind several layers of secure firewalls to prevent hackers and thieves from trying to steal your information. We take this matter very seriously and have every imaginable step in place to prevent piracy of information.

While we love to tell people about the excellent opportunities in carrying Active 8 products, we will not send you material or spam email unless you choose to request information, news notifications and newsletters regarding our business partnerships.

Refund Guidelines: as with any business, there must be some guidelines as to what is acceptable in refunding purchases for customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on our response to customers and their needs; however there are times when return policies must outlined clearly for it to be reasonable for all parties involved.

2. If you request a refund between 45 & 90 days after date of purchase (& return the product purchased), you will be entitled to a refund via a check from our accounting department within 21 days of your request. 3. If you request a refund AFTER 90 days date of purchase, you will be given a credit in the amount of your original purchase for any product we carry. This has been put in place due to the abuse from a few rogue customers taking advantage of our company with major loss on our part.
