Active 8, L.L.C., and LKFshow.com cruise give-a-way drawing will be accomplished on or before Oct 30,2012, at 4pm CST.  Winners will be notified by email as that is the preferred method of contest entry drawing.  It is your responsibility to insure that you have a current operational email on file with Active 8, L.L.C., in order for notification of a win to be accomplished.   If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days or the email address is reported as closed or unusable by the host company, a new winner will be drawn.  Drawings will be accomplished electronically in a random order by email address.  No purchase is necessary and every entry will be treated equally.  Winner's have 90 days from the date of notification, in which to take the cruise.

Active 8, L.L.C., and LKFshow.com accepts no responsibility for the safety and security of winner or their guest while on the cruise. The actual cruise line will be determined prior to the drawing date in accordance with the current pricing and promotion agreements made with any individual cruise line.  No substitutions, exchanges or assignments are permitted.  Active 8, L.L.C., and LKFshow.com is not responsible for personal expenses of the winners on the cruise, getting to or returning from the port of embarkation as designated by the cruise line.    Active 8, L.L.C., and LKFshow.com is not responsible for lost luggage or personal articles on the cruise or when traveling to or from the cruise line.

By entering into this cruise drawing, you also understand and agree that you are subscribing to the  bi-monthly Active 8 Health Newsletter via your email address used for contest entry and notification.  If at anytime you choose to unsubscribe to the newsletter you will become ineligible to win the drawing.  Contestants for the cruise drawing will be chosen from the newsletter subscribers only.  You may unsubscribe at anytime.
