The program is based on the principle that each person should be responsible for enrolling a minimum of three people in their direct downline. Then work and encourage everyone in your downline to do the same.

	In the above example you are Joe. Each person under you has enrolled 3 people. Your Team Building Bonus now starts with the 13th sign up.
	Here is the Bonus Scale:

As an example. If Joe is at the Executive level and 6 people are added to his downline: 2 at Assoc Director level ($200 X 2) 2 at Group Leader level ($ 125 X 2) 2 at Team Leader level ($ 55 X 2)
His Team Building Bonus for the month would be: $760.00
Special Note: The Team Building Bonus is in addition to all other regular commissions, enroller bonus, fast start bonus, product sales bonus and all other downline commissions. Even if your upline/downline does not meet SV, you will still receive your bonus. Prior sign ups will count for the purpose of qualifying, but bonuses are paid only on sign-ups that occur after the program initiation.
In order to qualify:  You must have a minimum of $100 PV (personal volume of sales for current and prior month)  No more than 50% SV may come from any one leg of your downline.  Inactive IBOs in a downline do not count toward the team building bonus  A prior qualified downline can not be used for additional Team Building bonuses.  Must have personally enrolled at least 3 in your front line.  TB Bonus not eligible on personally enrolled IBOs.  TB Bonus only extends through 6 generations for the qualifying person.
